| Playfish wurde 2007 gegründet und stieg schnell zu einem der größten Entwickler und Publisher von Social Games in sozialen Netzwerken wie Facebook und MySpace auf. Bekannte Titel sind unter anderem Pet Society, Restaurant City und Country Story. Im November 2009 kaufte Electronic Arts Playfish für mindestens 275 Millionen US-Dollar auf. Seitdem werden auch Electronic Arts Titel wie "EA Sports FIFA Superstars" und "EA Sports Madden Superstars" als Social Games angeboten. |
